Where we ship
Mistiq ships within the United Kingdom only. We are not currently able to deliver outside the UK.
Delivery times
Orders are dispatched from our UK base within 1–2 working days. Once dispatched:
- UK Standard — 3–5 working days — £4.00
Delivery is free on all UK orders over £40.
A note on shipping fragrance
Eau de parfum is classed as a limited-quantity dangerous good because of its alcohol content. This means we send all orders by ground transport and cannot use air mail.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us. If your tracking has not updated for several working days, email us at hello@shopmistiq.com and we will chase it for you.
Missing or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the parcel and bottles before disposing of anything and email us within 30 days. We will replace or refund.
